Aqualuna Beach Resort, Sapphire Beach

I had high hopes for this resort given its beachfront location, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The units we stayed in were outdated, musty, and not at all what I expected based on the pictures. The service left a lot to be desired, as we encountered issues that weren't handled well. Overall, while the location is convenient, the accommodations really need renovation to make it a pleasant stay.

My stay at the resort was quite a mixed bag. While the location is absolutely stunning with beautiful beach views, the accommodations need significant attention as they felt dated and unclean. The dining options were satisfactory, and I enjoyed the atmosphere, but overall, I was left wanting more in terms of comfort and cleanliness.

This hotel definitely left much to be desired. The rooms were in a rundown state, and the cleanliness was appalling, which made for an uncomfortable stay. The only positive aspect was the furniture, but that's not enough to make me recommend it. I was really disappointed with the lack of proper maintenance and upkeep. My experience overall was quite frustrating, and I can't see myself returning anytime soon.
