Aqualuna Beach Resort, Sapphire Beach

I had high hopes for this resort given its beachfront location, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The units we stayed in were outdated, musty, and not at all what I expected based on the pictures. The service left a lot to be desired, as we encountered issues that weren't handled well. Overall, while the location is convenient, the accommodations really need renovation to make it a pleasant stay.

My stay at the resort was quite a mixed bag. While the location is absolutely stunning with beautiful beach views, the accommodations need significant attention as they felt dated and unclean. The dining options were satisfactory, and I enjoyed the atmosphere, but overall, I was left wanting more in terms of comfort and cleanliness.

This hotel definitely left much to be desired. The rooms were in a rundown state, and the cleanliness was appalling, which made for an uncomfortable stay. The only positive aspect was the furniture, but that's not enough to make me recommend it. I was really disappointed with the lack of proper maintenance and upkeep. My experience overall was quite frustrating, and I can't see myself returning anytime soon.

The first room I was given was filthy, and even the second room didn't fair much better despite having a working air conditioner. The entire facility seemed neglected, and I left feeling quite frustrated. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The resort has a stunning beachfront location with welcoming staff but it is clear that it needs some attention to detail. While the apartment offered a lot of light and a lovely view, it’s starting to feel quite tired and noisy with issues like fraying carpet and inadequate sound insulation. The experience could have been much better if the maintenance concerns were addressed, making it hard to fully enjoy the stay.
